1.Definitions
Client: the Consumer.
Consumer: natural person, adult or in any case capable of acting in accordance with the law, who places an order on the Site for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out.
Account: the area of the Site dedicated to each Customer, accessible - upon registration of the requested data - to the individual Customer by entering the e-mail address and a password chosen by the Customer.
Price: the contractual amount indicated in the Order Confirmation, inclusive of VAT.
Product: each product, including food supplements made by Sifar Nutra S.r.l. presented on the site.
2.Product description
You can request the purchase of each Product presented in the PRODUCTS section of the Website www.sifarnutra.com, using the Purchase Procedure described below. The publication of the Product on the Site represents an invitation to the user to send us a contractual purchase proposal, using the Purchase Procedure.
For more information on the single Product (including descriptions, characteristics, information sheets, prices, shipping costs), you can access the PRODUCTS section of the Site and consult the Product of your interest by clicking on the product category indicated on the Site.
The visual representation of the Product on the Site normally corresponds to the photographic image accompanying the description. It is understood that the image of the Product itself has the sole purpose of presenting it for sale and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, but may differ in color and size. In case of difference between the image and the product sheet, the description of the product sheet always prevails.
The Product presented on the Site is usually available for sale. However, it may happen that some Products are temporarily unavailable. In this case, the Product cannot be added to the cart during the Purchase Procedure.

3.Conclusion of the contract
To conclude the purchase contract for one or more Products, the Customer must complete the order form in electronic format, taking care to correctly enter their data as requested in the form itself. The Customer can decide to register his own user profile or proceed with the order registration as a guest user.
The order form will summarize the main information relating to each Product ordered. In particular, the price (including all applicable taxes and/or duties), the means of payment that can be used and the methods of delivery of the products ordered (accompanied by the relative costs) are explained.
The Customer assumes responsibility for the truthfulness and correctness of the personal data entered and released to Sifar Nutra during registration and sending the order form. It is understood that any damage/delay/inconvenience referable and/or attributable to the incorrectness and/or untruthfulness of the personal data entered at the time of registration and/or subsequently modified cannot under any circumstances be charged to Sifar Nutra.
4.Shipping
We ship through Amazon Delivery Services, to Italy,to Spain, to France and to Germany.
The average delivery time is 3-5 days from the day of shipment. We normally process all orders in 24 hours.

For the payment of the products, related shipping and delivery costs, the customer may use one of the methods indicated below:
In case of payment by credit card, the entire payment procedure will be managed, in absolute security, by PayPal. Consequently, Sifar Nutra will never be in possession of any information in this regard (for example the complete number of the credit / debit card, or the security code).
6.Consumer’s right of withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, within the terms and in the manner indicated in the following articles.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send Sifar Nutra, to the e-mail address info@sifarnutra.com a communication in which the desire to exercise the right of withdrawal is expressed, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Products with respect to which the right of withdrawal is exercised.
In the case of Orders including several Products, it will be possible to withdraw in relation to one or more Products of the Order, specifying the description of the Products to be returned in the withdrawal notice. In these cases, the refund will be made according to the methods indicated in the next article.
7.Returns and refunds
Without prejudice to the provisions regarding withdrawal, it is possible to cancel orders that have not yet been processed by contacting the Customer Assistance Service by email (info@sifarnutra.com).
It is not possible to cancel an order once the shipping process has begun, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.
The return procedure is opened only following a request by the Customer to exercise the right of withdrawal or following a request to return a non-compliant product (defective, damaged, etc.). In any case, following the request by the Customer, Sifar Nutra will verify the effective existence of the conditions necessary for the opening of a return procedure.
Following the opening of a return procedure, Sifar Nutra will send the Customer an email containing the description of how to return the product.

The shipping costs relating to the return of the Product are charged to the Customer in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, while they will be charged to H&H for the return of a non-compliant product.
Once the Products have been received, Sifar Nutra will proceed with the reimbursement if and only if the Products have been sent within the pre-established terms (for the date the postmark or the delivery date to a possible courier is the proof) and if the Products are perfectly intact and in their original packaging.
Reimbursement can refer to two different types of situations:
refund of the total amount relating to an order for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised;
partial refund relating to an order for which the unavailability of one or more products has occurred.
Regardless of the payment method used by the Customer and except for what is indicated in the matter of withdrawal above, the refund will be activated by Sifar Nutra in the shortest possible time and in any case within thirty (30) days from the sending of the order confirmation (in the case of refund partial due to the unavailability of one or more products) and fourteen (14) days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal (in the case of withdrawal) using, where possible, the same payment channel with which the order was placed.
